Ski America Holidays acts as retail agents for ATOL licence holding tour operators; any properties showing prices with flights are operated by a tour operator with an ATOL licence. Those properties shown without flights are run independently of ATOL.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays make any warranties and/or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this Site. Neither we nor our Travel Partners make any warranties and/or representations as to the nature or standard or otherwise of any services offered on or through this Site.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of
(i) your use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Site,
(ii) any failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or
(iii) the performance or non-performance of any services by us or by our Travel Partners or third party providers of flights or holidays.

Our liability and that of our Travel Partners shall be limited in respect of direct loss (save in the case of personal injury or death, in respect of which there is no limit) to a maximum of the price of the product or service to which the claim relates.

If any of the above limitations and exclusions, in whole or in part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part thereof shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) thereof in question.

Your holiday contract is with the selected Tour/Holiday Operator and their current booking conditions will govern all aspects of your holiday. If you would like a copy of these, you will need to request this in writing to us, or refer to their current website or brochure for full details.

Prices
Prices are generally not displayed online as departure date, holiday duration, travel options, room type, facilities, catering requirements etc. can all vary when using our wide choice alternative suppliers. The best bet is to call with your full holiday requirements. Quoted prices are indicative only, until the time of booking. Prices quoted do not usually include ski hire, insurance, ski passes, lunchtime food or an 'open bar' (unless otherwise stated).
A small local tourist tax may be charged in certain resorts, payable to your accommodation hosts.

Accuracy of Property Information
The property information does change from time to time and therefore certain elements of the holiday may have changed by the time you come to book. Because we use multiple suppliers to ensure the cheapest price for your holiday, the property descriptions may vary slightly. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore check all details of your holiday (including prices) with us at the time of booking. Because we only act as agent we have no responsibility for any errors in any documentation, except where those errors were made by ourselves.

The property photos and images used on this website have been provided by the Tour Operator and should be used for illustrative purposes only; we strive to keep the images as up to date as possible, but they may not be an exact representation of the accommodation due to recent refurbishments or re-designs. For accurate information regarding facilities, layout or décor, please speak to one of our sales representatives.

1. Quality of holiday operator
2. Facilities in the property
3. Location of the property

Our resort information and ratings should be used as a guide only. For detailed information about the resort, it is recommended that you visit the official resort website.

Flights
The flight times given on booking your holiday are for general guidance only and are subject to change. The latest timings will be shown on your invoice. However, the actual flight times will be those shown on your tickets, which will be despatched to you approximately two weeks before departure. You must therefore check your tickets very carefully immediately on receipt to ensure the flight details are correct. It is possible that flight times may change even after tickets have been issued - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
We are not always in a position to confirm the airline or airport of destination, which will be used in connection with any flight included in your arrangements. When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently, it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying the normal charges.
